Guidelines

         ALL TRASH SHOULD BE BAGGED                     

  •  All payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 16th of the month, there will be a $5.00 Late fee. By the 1st of the following month, your service may be suspended for non-payment. Discontinued accounts maybe charged a $5.00 reinstatement fee. Partial payments can still result in late fee and account may still be suspended

  • All payments should be payable to Bill`s Trash Service LLC. please put the service address & account number on ALL checks, and money orders, please include A return address on envelopes.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards with no additional 

  • American Express cards are accepted with a $5.00 FEE

  • payments can be made by phone 910-491-2356, mail P.O. Box 1769 Fayetteville N.C. 28302, and online Trashbilling.com (you must have your account information if needed please call the office)

  • Customer will be responsible for all fees for challenged/fraud claim credit/debit cards

  • Payments made after 4:00 pm are considered next-day payments

  • we do not  guarantee same-day pay and pickup

  • Payments made during the weekend and on Holidays will be credited next business day

    • All declined cards will be charged a $5.00 decline fee

    • All returned  ACH and returned checks will be charged a $25.00 Return fee                                          

  •  Place ALL waste at curb by 6:00 AM on the day of your pickup or the evening before your scheduled pick-ups (Regardless of the time the driver typically comes through) with can handles facing road.

  • A fee will be charged for stored garbage (trash stored over 14days).

  • All waste should be on the side of the driveway NO MORE than 3 Feet from the street

  • Garage/house clean outs are an additional fee call the office to schedule A free estimate       

  •  We do not deduct for missed pickups. If you are missed on your scheduled day, please call our office.

  • setting trash out after the truck has passed 1st time is NOT a miss. regardless if the truck comes back up the road

  • if you use a container for recycling it must be OVER 20 gallons and clearly marked recycling,recycle,or have the recycling symbol  (three arrows making a triangle) on all sides. please visit the recycling tab for acceptable recycling NO TOTES

  • Recycling should be in WHITE or CLEAR  bags on the curb  if you do not use a container

  • IF YOU  have yard waste service Limit of seven (7)BLACK OR CLEAR bags of YARD waste a week must be called in. bags can not exceed weight of picking up with one arm and can not rip or tear when picked up. branches (must not be over 3 feet in length and 4 inches round) and tied together with twine 5 bundles will be picked up per week, if you use a container it must be marked on all sides YT or yard trash on ALL SIDES and not exceed 50lbs full  Do not mix yard waste with household garbage.

  • Cat,Dog and animal litter goes with household garbage. it should be bagged an set NEXT TO the trash can bags that start to rip in anyway it will be left     

    • DO NOT PLACE ANY LIQUIDS IN CAN

  •   All medical syringes must be in a closed container. The customer will be held responsible for any accidents that may occur from improper disposal.                                 

  • Bill`s Trash Service will  not tolerate your neighbors doubling their trash with yours,service will be stopped and NO refunds are due to you. A fee of $50.00 must be paid in order to get service reinstated. this includes furniture items. DO NOT PUT NEIGHBOR'S items at your house and claim as yours.                 

  •  TWICE-A-WEEK SERVICE you are allowed (2) furniture or appliance items a month at no cost (YOU MUST CALL and make an appointment before 4:00 P.m. Tuesday),  (once a week customers or additional items  for a fee per item )  accounts must be paid in full) we do not take vehicle parts or vehicle fluids, construction debris such as but not limited to lumber,cabinets,flooring, doors, etc., DO NOT PUT ITEMS THAT ARE NOT HOUSEHOLD TRASH IN TRASH CAN (THIS WOULD INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO FURNITURE, WOOD, MULCH, METAL, DIRT, CLAY, SAND, ROCKS, ETC.)  ALL TRAILER PARKS WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE FOR ALL FURNITURE & APPLIANCES                                     

  • Paint must be COMPLETELY dry and left next to the can with lid(s) off.(to help paint dry you can fill cans with cat litter )

  • DO NOT PUT OIL OF ANY KIND IN THE TRASH CAN (THIS IS CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS).  

  • cooking oils should be bottled and sealed and placed next to the trash can                               

  • If you make a payment on a suspended account the same day your trash is to be picked-up we can not and do not promise pickups

  • We are not responsible for personal cans

  • we are not responsible for personal items on, in, or around the trash can area

  •  Trash cans should be empty and ready for pick-up on discontinued accounts, If service is stopped because of an overdue balance on the account  trash will be left behind

  • WE DO NOT SELL CANS of any kind

  •  NO refunds on the first two months of new service started.
